Hi Class of '68'- I've been living in Marietta, Ga. for 32 yrs. I attended Miami Dade College after high school and left during my second semester to get married ( Feb. 69). We have been married for 42 yrs. My husband was drafted summer of "69" and we spent the next 4 yrs. in the Air Force in Ft. Walton Bch. Fl. We began our family there. We moved back to Hialeah, Fl. summer of "73". I started teaching 4 yr.kindergarten in 1978, finished that year and moved to Marietta, Ga. in 1979. From 1982-88 I went back to teaching 4yr. kindergarten, 1989 I became a teacher's aide for 5 yr. kindergarten with the Cobb County School Board, GA. I continued there until 1998 when I left to have more time with my fast growing brood of grandchildren. We have a small homebased business R&T Restaurant Maint. Supplies and I teach Preschool. I would love to talk with old friends. It brought back so many memories looking over the class list.

I have many fond memories of MCC to numerous to write here. Whenever I look back to my time spent there, those are some of the most special memories to me. I loved high school.It saddens me how fast time has gone by and those great times and some great people in my life are all gone and nothing but sweet memories remain. Marcella's, Jan's Ice Cream Parlor on Miami Beach, The Place, Cruising Miami Beach, Friday night football at Miami Dade stadium, decorating our cars in orange and black, Sadie Hawkins Dance, early morning Thanksgiving Day football game at Miami Dade stadium and wearing our white mum corsages, feeling the pride as our great Marching Chiefs came out onto the field, they were fantastic, sitting on the senior patio, just a few of the sweet memories.
